Admin — Create New User

Create a Cognito account, assign a role and optional folder — all in one step. A temporary password is emailed to the user automatically.

Folder Prefix is required for Folder Admin and optional for Uploader/Downloader. Leave size blank for unlimited.

Admin — Assign Upload Folder to Uploader

Set the S3 folder prefix an uploader is restricted to. They can only upload within that folder and create sub-folders inside it.

Leave Max Folder Size blank or 0 for unlimited storage.

Admin — Assign Download Folder to Downloader

Restrict a downloader to a specific folder — they can only download files from within that folder.

Admin — Assign Folder Admin

Add a user to the Folder Admin role and assign their folder. They get full access (upload / download / delete / share) scoped only to that folder.

Leave Max Folder Size blank or 0 for unlimited. User must sign out and back in after assignment.

Generate a single link that gives your audience access to an entire folder — no login required. Valid for the duration you choose.
